Miguel is Managing Partner at Eyecon Group, focusing on Strategy and Business Development.
Issah Nazif Suleiman
Data Scientist
Dr. Issah is a Data scientist and an expert in data building and predictive data mining. He specializes in strategic understanding and direction of ML, NLP and DeepLearning Model. Having already worked as a University Professor, he is currently leading the data team here at Eyecon.
André Toste
Software Engineer
André Toste has a masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Competent in both hardware and software engineering, he works on projects that make use of both small embedded devices and machine learning, and develops full-stack web and mobile applications.

Juan Torres-Batlló
EO Scientist
Juan holds a Ph.D. in Earth Observation and Environmental Change at the Department of Civil Engineering and Environmental Eng. at the University of Surrey (UK). He has a master's in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Geography. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-orientated professional in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with 5+ years’ experience in geospatial and remote sensing analysis. Well-versed in quantitative analytical research, particularly with QGIS, ESRI ArcGIS, Google Earth Engine, ENVI, and Machine Learning (ML). Juan Torres-Batlló is the Director of R&D for SOILRISK and the main Scientific Researcher.
Georgia Karadimou
EO Scientist
Georgia is a PhD Candidate at the School of Geology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, with her doctoral research to investigate Compound Geological Disasters with Earth Observation data and GIS. She also holds a BSc and an MSc degree in Geology from the same academic institution. She is currently working as Earth Observation Specialist for the RUS Copernicus Project at SERCO ITALIA SpA. She has worked as Intern for ESA/ESRIN, Frascati, Italy, at the EOP-SDR, Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes, and as Scientific Assistant at ETH Zürich, Department of Earth Sciences, Engineering Geology Group, Switzerland, within the“SAR for Geoscientists” project. Being an Earth Observation Scientist and Geologist, Georgia is the InSAR Director for the SOILRISK application.
Issah Nazif Suleiman
Ph.D. Applied Mathematician
Dr. Issah Nazif Suleiman is a Data Scientist with a PhD in Applied Mathematics. Having both practical and theoretical skills in developing and implementing ML algorithms. He is enthusiastic about ML and AI and spends most of his time keeping track of new algorithms and gaps. His creativity in understanding problems, formulating the problem and building suitable algorithms to solve it has always been a unique asset using his strong knowledge in both Mathematical statistics and Machine learning. At Eyecon, Issah is the Director of R&D for HABTRAIL and the main Scientific Researcher.
Minos Fylaktos
EO Scientist
Minos holds a MSc in Applied Geography. He has been engaged in Earth Observation projects since 2017. He was finalist of the EU Landsense Innovation Challenge & received awards for remote sensing contributions. He manages EU projects participating in working groups with policy officers. Minos is responsible for InSar research projects at Eyecon within Infrastructure and Urban Deformation.
